This session is for brand new clients to my practice. It includes enough time to: introduce you to my practice/table/modalities, go over your intake form with you (sent via email), discuss any issues you may be having, talk about what to expect in your session, & your full amount of time for your massage :) 

Here are suggested sessions:
30 min: If you don't have much time, but want a good back/neck massage. 
45 min:  An extended session for more time spent on back, neck, shoulders. 
60 min:  Most common session chosen for a full-body session, which typically includes: head, face, neck, shoulders, upper chest, back, arms, hands, legs, feet. 
75 min:  For a little extra time spent on your favorite areas. 
90 min:  If you need more time to unwind during a full-body massage.

First Visit

GOALS: pain relief, increase flexibility, reduce inflammation, reduce recovery rate, post surgery/injury rehab

MODALITIES can include: RockBlades (IASTM), Myofascial cupping, Active Myofascial Therapy, Myofascial Release, Trigger points, passive/active stretching, PNF, Percussion gun, Heat pack, Ice massage.

30 min: neck/shoulders/upper chest (face up) OR quick upper back/shoulders (face down) OR legs/feet
45 min: back/neck 
60 min: thorough back/neck/shoulders
75 min: full body OR back/neck/legs/feet (face down)
90+ min: thorough full body

Integrative Massage

Adding essential oils, Biofreeze, or CBD balm to your Integrative session.

Integrative w/Essentials or Analgesics

GOALS: relaxation, stress relief, calm nervous system, increase circulation, improve sleep, overall wellness

MODALITIES USED: my hands/forearms, heat pack (optional)

WHAT IS A FULL BODY MASSAGE? My typical full body session includes: 
(Face Down): neck, back, shoulders, arms, hands, upper/outer glutes, hamstrings, calves, feet. 
(Face Up): lower leg, quads, upper chest, neck, head, face. 

HOW MUCH TIME DO I KNEAD? Every session can be customized to your specific goals & kneads on that day. I've included some different ideas of what you can expect from a session. 

30 min: back/neck (face down) OR head/neck/upper chest/hands (face up)
45 min: very thorough back/neck/upper glutes) OR a VERY quick full body
60 min: a typical full body session 
75 min: more thorough full body session
90+ min: more time for you to unwind & for me spend on your favorite or problematic areas.

Relaxation with Essential Oils

Prepare to be pampered! Essential oils dropped beneath your facerest to breathe in while face down...& used on your body with pure Jojoba oil. Hot towels are incorporated into your massage (depending on time frame), lulling you into a deeper sense of relaxation.

45 min: thorough back/neck/shoulders OR quick back/neck & add hands/feet (towels) 
60 min: full body (towels on feet, back/neck, hands, shoulders)
75+ min: Best choices if you want a truly blissful, thorough full body massage (towels on feet, back/neck, hands, shoulders)
