45 min: thorough back/neck/shoulders OR quick back/neck & add hands/feet (towels) 
60 min: full body (towels on feet, back/neck, hands, shoulders)
75+ min: Best choices if you want a truly blissful, thorough full body massage (towels on feet, back/neck, hands, shoulders)
