GOALS: relaxation, stress relief, calm nervous system, increase circulation, improve sleep, overall wellness MODALITIES USED: my hands/forearms, heat pack (optional) WHAT IS A FULL BODY MASSAGE? My typical full body session includes: (Face Down): neck, back, shoulders, arms, hands, upper/outer glutes, hamstrings, calves, feet. (Face Up): lower leg, quads, upper chest, neck, head, face. HOW MUCH TIME DO I KNEAD? Every session can be customized to your specific goals & kneads on that day. I've included some different ideas of what you can expect from a session. 30 min: back/neck (face down) OR head/neck/upper chest/hands (face up) 45 min: very thorough back/neck/upper glutes) OR a VERY quick full body 60 min: a typical full body session 75 min: more thorough full body session 90+ min: more time for you to unwind & for me spend on your favorite or problematic areas.
